Welcome to christmas on Dickens a partialy computerized display in Erie Colorado. We have been decorating on a large scale since 2003 with roughly 5,000 lights and a couple of yard displays. Since then our display has gradually grown over the years to its current size for 2012. Which consists of a little over 70,000+ lights and close to 40 yard displays, consisting of wire frames, inflatables, and a few blowmolds. People ask why we do such a large display, the answer is simple we love to give a gift to the comunity that will instill memories that will last a life time and a chance for families to spend quality time together even if it's for a short time.

Quick facts

            The display consists of 70,000+ lights

  •  It Takes about a month to install all lights and displays if not longer all depends on the weather
  • It takes two weeks prior to installation to test and make nessary repiars to all lights and displays
  • Planning for the next year display usaually starts before current years display is taken down
  • The mega tree has 3,200 clear lights on it.
  • theres 120 computer controlled channels
  • theres 5,600 clear lights on the leaping arches
  • theres 6,600 clear lights that make up the roof stripes on 1st and 2nd story roof
